Personal Protection LLC retains the right to substitute products of similar nature and value, if the advertised product in the Free Monthly Drawing is unavailable. If any advertised item cannot be legally shipped to your particular State due to your State's laws or regulations, a Personal Protection LLC, Gift Certificate of like value will be issued to replace the advertised item. Personal Protection LLC also retains the right to cancel any particular offer or discontinue any or all drawings at it's sole discretion, without notice of any kind. As a participant in any of the Monthly Drawings, you agree to allow Personal Protection LLC. to email you with other special offers. It is the winners responsibility to use the products  given away in the Monthly Drawing in a manner that would not cause injury or death to themselves or any other innocent person.
